My 10 month old BOY

Yes, folks... Hyatt is officially a LITTLE BOY  now. Gone is our baby. At dinner, he makes funny faces at us to make us laugh, he loves feeding Gooseyboy and putting food in his hair. He literally will RUN down the hallway, especially if you're chasing him, loves being naked and giving kisses (he's figured out how to make 'real' kissing sounds), adores being outside and on the 4-wheeler (he will cry 99% of the time when he's taken inside). He's hilarious and into every single thing that isn't locked down. Yesterday, for example, I think he took out my pots and pans (and put them back) 5 times!

Here are his 10 month pictures... weighing in at 21 pounds and 30"!

8 Months of Smiley Happy Baby!

Oh my... 8 months. It seems like such a big number. Just like our big boy! Eating, laughing, moving machine! Typically I can't keep enough food in front of him, but those huge hands still are working on his 'pincer' grasp. He's almost 30" and almost 20 pounds. Tall and skinny... and still growing. I'm sure I say this every single month, but I honestly can't get enough of this little man. He's almost walking and just giggles and growls his way right into everyone's heart.

He's got his Michigan football outfit all ready for this weekend... we're raising a future Wolverine here!

8 months

7 Month mover and shaker!

Wow... SEVEN MONTHS! As you'll see in the pictures below, Hyatt is a MOVER! He's crawling, pulling himself up, trying to stand unassisted EATING everything, laughing and growling (it's hysterical), babbling... and we love him more every single day. He's weighing over 18 pounds and over 29". (basically long and lean like his papa)

6 months old!

Oh, our little boy... where it the time going! You're 6 months old and SUCH a WONDERFUL BABY!
You weighed in at 17.2 pounds and a little bit over 28"... Tall and skinny!

You're crawling, rolling, laughing, eating foods (holding it yourself and feeding), you have 5 teeth and LOVE your papa, his guitar, books, anything with water, Goose (and any doggie) - or any animal for that matter. Your favorite songs are "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" and "You Are My Sunshine" (and you don't mind mama's poor singing voice).

5 months!

Wow... a lot has happened in the last month of Hyatt's life. He's gone through scooting and now is popping up on all 4's and bouncing back and forth. His first tooth officially popped on June 1 and now the second top one has come through also. This boy has smiled and giggled through it all. He's officially addicted to Papa's guitar - he'll crawl over to it and just laugh. This is now a nightly ritual in our family!

Happy 2 Month Old! He was laughing everytime Papa tried to catch him from falling over!

Oh Hyatt - at 2 months you are even more of a joy to us! You laugh ALL the time! We get smiles, gurgles, giggles, coos... and it just warms our heart. You basically keep us on the move already - if you're not sleeping, you like to be in the wrap or in papa's arms walking around and craning your neck to see everything! You love to snuggle in on mama or papa's chest - your favorite place to fall asleep. You're a big boy - almost 14 pounds and 25 inches! We love you so much!

We are the lucky parents to get another month with our happy man! Hyatt started rolling from his back to his stomach around 9 weeks and is now starting to get the hang of rolling back onto his back. His legs are strong and he holds himself up whenever possible. Papa says he's taking after me because he is a talker! He babbles constantly and honestly looks like he believes that you can understand what he's saying... sometimes he's quite serious about it! Smiles are abundant in our house and bathtime is one filled with peals of laughter and LOTS of movement. At 3 months Hyatt is almost 15 pounds and 26.25".
